After five successful years running a fishing charter in Portugal, we’ve returned home to launch Tropical Casts, bringing international expertise and a commitment to sustainable practices in delicate ecosystems, including the Great Barrier Reef and National Parks.
At Tropical Casts, fishing is more than just a sport—it’s an immersive journey into nature. whether you’re casting for jungle perch and sooties in rainforest clad, freshwater rivers, navigating hidden estuaries for big barramundi , or camping in untouched wilderness while chasing mangrove jacks. We offer both day charters for a quick escape and extended charters for a deeper experience.
All charters are personally guided by Mark, guaranteeing a high level of expertise and personalised attention.
Our extended charter dates, location and availability are meticulously planned for the year based on optimal fishing conditions, weather, lunar phases, and access, providing exclusive opportunities to fish in seasonal and remote locations. These charters are limited to just 1-2 clients per trip, making them highly desirable and ensuring a more personalised experience.
Depending on the location, extended charters offer options for comfortable local accommodations or camping under the stars, making them ideal for those who wish to deeply connect with nature and explore fishing from early morning until dusk.
